COVID-19 SYMPTOMS

Please do not come into the Health Centre should you have any COVID-19 symptoms or have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last ten days, if you are unable to attend an appointment for these reasons please contact the practice to rearrange.

NEW: There is now a FREE app available on iPhones and iPads to order your prescriptions and make appointments through. To find this App in the App Store simply type in TPP and download it. If you are already registered to use the online service then it is the same username and password, if you are not please contact reception to register.
